This gorgeous girl posed for me. I tried to express the beauty of her young form against the yellow ochre wall, purple drape and white bedsheets. The complimentary colors ping out against the flesh tones and the mood is extended by her dark hair and moody eyes. I entered this for the Jerwood Drawing Prize in 2013 but sadly no joy!! I note that the 2014 prize was won by a sound track!!!
